PROCEDURE
FOR BUYING CAR MOTOR BIKE OR OTHER VEHICLE
Step 1
When making an initial enquiry by email or phone let us know your basic requirements or inform us of the URL for the car you have chosen. A factory order may be possible depending on the make and model.
Step 2
Once you have chosen the car you desire we will issue you with quotation that incudes the car price, shipping charge (either shipping container, Ro Ro or by Air), inland transportation and our profit margin. At this time we will give you an estimate of how long it will take from buying to shipping. There are no hidden costs. What we quote you is what you pay.
Step 3
Once you have made a decision as to which car to buy, then we will agree the payment method and give an order to the dealer to supply the car.
Step 4
The car will be transported to either Southampton, Bristol or Felixstowe for shipping by sea, or to Heathrow for shipping by air freight. At every step of the procedure the car will be checked and photographed to ensure it arrives at its destination in good condition. Once the ship or aircraft has departed, we will send you the Sea Way Bill (or B/L) so that the car/motor bike can be processed when it reaches the destination port. We will also send you a scan of the V5 registration document and also the hard copy original by courier service.
Step 5
Depending on the destination country we may be able to help you with a freight forwarder to do customs clearance on your behalf.
